The constructor aims to streamline and speed up the process of choosing a wardrobe by the customer by enabling them to order furniture previously designed in the application both online and in showrooms. The aim of the system is to enable the composition of your own wardrobe layout on an online platform with a unique number and to generate a PDF file containing the wardrobe layout design and its valuation with the option of sending it by email to the user. The platform provides access to Agata Meble wardrobe components and has the option of configuring them in any way.

The system works in conjunction with Comarch ERP XL. In Comarch ERP XL, all products are defined: modules, fronts, additional equipment, etc., along with the price. The specification of a given product is downloaded from the ERP system and is displayed for each element included in the configurator basket. Each time the User adds another element to the model, communication between the systems is initiated to update the contents of the basket. The value of the elements selected by the user is added up after downloading information from the Comarch ERP XL system, and then the prices are added up and the total value of the configuration is displayed.
The configurator is also available from logged-in users in the Contractor’s Desktop in the B2B system. Users can use the cabinet configurator and place orders online via the order form, but their execution takes place outside the System. The configurator only transfers the contents of the order to the system.

System functionalities
- Cart management
When selecting individual cabinet elements, such as a module, front or additional equipment, in each step, the System automatically adds them to the cart and sums up their value. At each stage of configuration, the user can go to the cart, display and edit its contents.
- Adding elements to the cart
Adding elements to the cart takes place automatically when the User drags a given part to the model. Specification details of a given element are displayed after adding it to the list in the cart along with their price. The specification of individual elements is downloaded from the Comarch ERP XL system.
- Removing elements from the cart
Each User can remove elements placed on the model before confirming the created configuration by pressing the “X” icon in the appropriate configuration step. If the element is removed, it also disappears from the 2D model.
- Updating the contents of the basket
The system updates the contents of the basket and summarizes and displays its value each time an element is placed on the model or added to the basket by the User. In order to update the value of the basket, the system must download information regarding the price and specification of a given element contained in Comarch ERP XL, and then sum up the value of all elements in the basket. The User can see the current value of their basket in the panel located at the top of the screen.

The pdf file contains details of the created configuration and a quote for the entire created project along with a list of elements used during the configuration. The file is generated automatically after assigning the number of the created configuration. The file can be downloaded by the User by clicking the “Download PDF” button.
