The event was a professional platform for the exchange of knowledge between scientists, engineers, PhD students, students, AI specialists, IT system architects and representatives of companies interested in implementing modern solutions using artificial intelligence.

The main theme of the seventh workshop was the role of artificial intelligence in next-generation IT systems. Particular attention was paid to the shift in the software design and development paradigm. AI is no longer merely an add-on to traditional applications, but is becoming a fully-fledged component of system architecture, influencing the way goals are defined, processes are designed, applications are developed, solutions are tested, and project teams are organized.

The introductory lecture presented artificial intelligence as the next layer of abstraction in software engineering. A key theme will be the transition from hand-coding instructions to designing goals, intents, architectures, and verification mechanisms. In this approach, the engineer’s role shifts toward becoming an intent architect, strategist, orchestrator, and verifier of AI-powered systems.

The workshop will cover the following areas, among others:

  • AI software engineering and the Software 3.0 paradigm
  • Designing information systems with AI components
  • Large language models, generative models, and AI agents
  • Agent engineering, controlled autonomy, governance, and auditability
  • Multi-agent systems and business logic orchestration
  • Evaluating LLM models in specialized applications
  • Deep learning and 3D image reconstruction (EIT)
  • AI in industrial process and reactor monitoring
  • Medical data analysis, lung disease imaging, and depression detection
  • Localization systems, sensors, impedance spectroscopy, and complex systems
  • Autonomous networks and Intent-Based Networking
  • Using AI in testing, automation, and performance analysis

The first session focused on AI algorithms, language models, generative methods, and machine learning applications in medical data analysis, diagnostics, and system testing. Presentations covered speech signal representation in computer-aided depression detection, evaluation of clinical information extraction using LLM models, generative methods for lung disease imaging, and adaptive application performance testing.

The demonstration section showcased an identification and localization system using artificial intelligence and ultra-wideband tags. The demonstration focused on the practical application of AI in localization systems that monitor and support the identification of objects in real-world environments.

The final session covered topics at the intersection of computer science, electronics, automation, data analysis, and cyber-physical systems. Presentations covered topics such as holographic reconfiguration of data flows, non-invasive glucose monitoring using impedance spectroscopy, thermal analysis of energy storage, and autonomous networks of the future supported by artificial intelligence.

The workshop was an event focusing on the practical and research aspects of artificial intelligence. The conference combined expert lectures, thematic sessions, and technology demonstrations, creating a space for discussion on the future of information systems, where AI becomes not only a tool for automation but also an integral element of architecture, decision-making processes, and engineering work.
